shipping policy

I offer $8 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders. I do my best to ship out in-stock products within 48 business hours. Please note that current business hours are Monday through Friday 10am-3pm. I also offer In-Store Pickups. In store pickups will be available the next business day unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that same day pickups and walk ins generally can not be accommodated. Please confirm business hours before pickup. 

returns + exchanges

Merchandise purchased at Indigo Skin + Beauty may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Opened or partially used products can not be returned. No refunds on services or packages. No cancellations or refunds on special orders. Indigo Skin + Beauty does not issue refunds and is not responsible for return shipping costs.

cancellations

If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance and your appointment will be released without charge. Cancellations and/or requests to reschedule made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Please note this is an administrative fee and will not apply towards your next appointment.​ If you believe you will be late for your appointment, please call/text me as soon as possible. Late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes past your scheduled appointment time are subject to the cancellation policy.
